Model 3010DS, 30 feet long, full body paint, no decals to fade! 2nd owner, purchased in 2019 at 12,000 miles. No accidents during our ownership and none before us that I’m aware of.

Has propane quick-connect and stand - TV’s - 3 locations/2 working, one facing the recliners, one in bedroom (w/integrated DVD player), and one outside (outside TV failed & was disposed of, we never replaced it)- Counterspace, a LOT, see pics, very unusual for an RV- Stereos, two. One in dash and one in RV (this one has a DVD player to watch movies on TV facing recliners)- Generator, gasoline. 4000 watt Cummins Onan. Runs off main gasoline tank fuel so no separate gas tank to keep full- Hydraulic leveling system - Bigfoot brand. LevelMatePro+ upgrade included, you can check the level on a phone app!- Refrigerator. French 4 door style, large for an RV frig. Runs off 120/110 AC or propane. Ice maker no longer works- Roadmaster tow bar included, take your car with you!- Solar on the roof, one panel, 100W? Not sure. Continuous charge to RV batteries. Adjustable mounting brackets so panel can face sun at optimal angle- Satellite TV dish, Dish brand, roof mounted. We didn’t use this but when turned on it appears to search and find satellites. Subscription required- RV has AC and heat pump (we never used the heat pump, too noisy)- Unique trash location, under counter & accessed thru circular lid in counter, very convenient!

Tires- Rear dually tires replaced April 2021 at 36,700 miles- Front tires replaced October 2021 at 42,400 miles- One of the inner dually tires damaged/replaced March 2024- All 6 tires have 50,000 mile warranty- purchased at Discount Tires, receipts for all this in glove boxRV batteries- 2 deep cycle

RV/Marine batteries- Purchased November 2021- Interstate batteries from Costco, receipt in glove box- Still seem to be holding charge well
