Does NOT come furnished except for bed, table, TV and bookcase. Currently parked at Countryside RV Park East of Center Texas. It can be moved, but if you choose to stay with us, lot rent is $450/month and includes electricity, water, sewer, and garbage. There's also a coin operated laundry facility onsite at the park.
