Cooling system overhauled with new water pump, radiator, thermostat, and everything coolant touches outside of the block fall of 2023. Heat and AC fan motor and fuel sending unit replaced in summer of 2021. Parking PAW component lock within transmission overhauled fall of 2023. LED light bulbs installed throughout. New water heater installed in fall 2023. New roof AC weather seal installed fall of 2023. Included is weather cover, refrigerator overhaul kit purchased in 2022, extra water heater control module, leveling blocks, hitch mounted cargo rack, and some misc. items. As of today’s heavy rain no leaks. Everything works correctly. Generator was replaced with new Onan generator summer of 2000. Generator is dependable with proper fuel additives and starting intervals. I have figured out what it needs.
