Purchased in November 2022, our family has had fun adventures and made lasting memories (scroll to the bottom for our top 5 list) in this RV. Our circumstances have changed, which has motivated us to sell this lovingly maintained RV for the next owners to enjoy.

• 2020 Winnebago View 24J with 32,961 miles built on a standard Mercedes-Benz 3500 Sprinter chassis instead of the "limited edition" chassis that was sold without important comfort and safety features such as adaptive cruise control, heated and power-adjustable cab seats, auto high beam and traffic sign assist, LED headlights with fog lamps, and includes a smaller 7-inch infotainment screen with no satellite radio.
• Base equipment (see listing photos) includes 3,600-watt Cummins Onan® MicroQuiet™ LP generator.
• After-market upgrades include a custom TOCHTA Utopia mattress for the corner bed, Borg valve extensions, LevelMatePRO, and WeatherTech floor liner in the vehicle cab.
• We will be using KeySavvy to ensure a seamless and secure transfer of payment and title at no cost to the Buyer.
• CoachNet five-year or 60,000-mile extended warranty and five-year road hazard tire protection were purchased with the RV. Both coverages be transferred to the new owner for an additional cost.

• The motorhome was inspected by an NRVIA-certified inspector prior to its purchase.
• All vehicle recalls have been completed.
• Sprinter chassis "A" service and safety inspection completed at 30,000 miles by Mercedes-Benz service.
• Annual safety check and coach maintenance completed in March 2024 by our local Winnebago service center.

• 4th of July week at Catherine's Landing in Hot Springs, AR, where we swam and boated on the lake, played board and card games, zip-lined, and the boys tackled the treetop ropes course.
• Splashway Waterpark and Campground for Mom and son bonding over water slides, wave pools, and lots of funnel cake.
• Spring Break at Yogi Bear Jellystone Park in Kerrville, TX where we played candy bar bingo, did indoor disco roller skating, and ate way too much River Rock pizza.
• A September weekend at Camp Fimfo in Canyon Lake for pool time, mini-golf, arts and crafts, and their awesome Cliff Carver alpine coaster.
• A week at Inks Lake State Park for some much-needed downtime, many rounds of Rummikub, hiking the trails, and kayaking on the lake.
