We are the second owners of this trailer. We purchased it in 2017 and it had been stored inside with very little miles on it. We mostly did about three trips /yr and mostly in state. It was covered in winter. It is in very good shape for its age. Everything works well. It has never been smoked in. The original mattress was replaced with a high quality foam pad of two different densities. The bench couch has also had new foam installed. It has a 20 gal fresh, 20 gal grey and 20 gal black water storage. There is not an awning. It has an amazing amount of storage for a small trailer and an amazing amount of counter space in the kitchen.
