Extra clean, recently upgraded with new upholstery to give it a pottery barn feel/look. We even have a set of back-up upholstery covers in the same color that will go with the Airstream. . We bought this to use as a short term rental on our property in southern California. We rented it out maybe five or six times and the County changed the rules so that we couldn't use a travel trailer as a short term rental. Our loss is your gain. We have an upgraded mattress topper that got rave reviews from our guests. All the bins for under the cabinet are included. Recently put a new black water and freshwater tank in that is worth over $5000. We would likely keep it, but we are buying a vacation home in another state and don't plan to use the airstream ourselves for camping. Everything works great. The stove, oven and microwave have never been used by us and it appears the one other previous owner never used it either. I am willing to entertain offers that are reasonable, but don't bother with a lowball offer and not interested intrades.
