Well maintained. Grease replaced yearly, foam seals replaced last year. Tekonsha brake controller installed on the camper, just needs a 7 pin connection from your car. Also installed a rear view camera, very handy while driving and backing up.

Will come with a (very nice) hybrid spring/memory foam mattress, along with the original convertable matress/couch pads. The mattress has less than 15 nights on it Kept under a moisture proof cover etc. Can throw in extras like an electric stove top etc, if wanted.

Roof vent needs a new fuse if you want to use it. Down here, you'll want to use the AC and keep the roof vent shut.
