We purchased it from a couple in NJ in August of 2022 (only used 5 times). We put it on a seasonal lot in Michigan and only used it 5 times there last year. This is a beautiful unit and it’s pretty much brand new and rarely used. We loved the private bunkhouse for our children. This is a pre-Covid unit and is build very well.
