Mechanically, it's in good condition, with two exceptions. The awning is broken, and there is a recall (which can be fixed by a dealer at no charge). There is a lingering smoke smell. There is cosmetic wear and tear. You can see from the photos that the couch is worn, and there are burn marks from the smoking just inside the front door.
