2016 Lance 1685 located on the California central coast in San Luis Obispo. All Season with hitch 21 feet. We are selling our beloved trailer due to family obligations. Happiest days of our lives traveling through Western US. The trailer has everything you need - don't pull anything larger! Next to the queen bed is a large window that pops open. Very unique feature and is a game changer to get air at night or see the view! Special aspects of the 1685 compared to smaller Lance models is the double axle, 45 gallon water tanks versus 26 gallon which allows you to boondock longer, large slide out for lots of inside space, and so much storage! You have large pull out drawers under the dinette for clothes and a large closet as well to hang jackets and bulky item. The large pantry has wire baskets to keep dry food and two drawers under the closet for miscellaneous supplies. In addition there is a cupboard over the sink, cabinets under the sink, and above the bed are cabinets! The bed lifts up to access storage under the trailer too. Outside are three storage compartments. Two for larger items and one for hoses etc. Before I purchased this unit, I was worried I needed reclining chairs or couch, however sitting in the dinette in the corner with feet stretched out works perfectly for relaxing or watching tv. Appliances: three burner stove, large refrigerator - amazing how much it holds(!), freezer, microwave above stove, oven, radio- cd player, tv, outside speakers. The awning goes out with the push of a button and auto retracts if windy. With the slide out out, it is very roomy. Bathroom is small but great. There's an inside and outdoor shower as well. Great for washing your feet off. Before I bought this, I thought I need an outside grill attached to the trailer but no need with a portable table and grill. The propane/ electric heater heats in five minutes. Vents in bathroom, kitchen and next to the bed. When we weren't hooked up to electricity, I could blow dry my hair with the heater or dry wet clothes. I hope the next owner will enjoy this little home as much as we did.
