All electric and plumbing components are in good working order. Four season classification distinguishes this unit from others, assuring travel season flexibility and reliability. Underbelly is enclosed and insulated with heated holding tanks. It's a great couple's camper, but does include amenities and privacy for up to six travelers. Dual slides make the space in the living and bedroom areas feel spacious and comforting. Large windows and skylights allow an abundance of natural light. Two AGM batteries (with disconnect switch) combined with a 190W solar panel on the roof, help maintain proper charge and allow for some level of boondocking. Soft Start installed on the AC, makes those driveway camping visits more enjoyable in warm weather. TPMS, backup camera w/monitor, Azdel substrate components, power awning with wind sensor, electric stabilizer jacks, electric fireplace/heater, 3 burner stove and 21" oven, Wifi extender-antenna, microwave oven, 3-5 gal. propane tanks, 32" and 40" smart tvs.just to mention some of the equipment and highlights of the rig.

The rig pulls smoothly behind a GMC 2500HD. There is an included Equalizer weight distribution and sway control hitch. Goodyear Endurance tires and leaf spring suspension with Road Armor Equalizer, make for a smooth towing experience. Unit was purchased new in April of 2023.

We'll miss the travel and camping, but must let this unit go due to health issues.
