This is our 2019 Heartland Sundance 283rb camper. It is great condition. It is a bunkhouse model with 1.5 bathrooms. It is 50 amp with a 15k ducted ac as the main unit and 13.5k second ac in the main bedroom. The dual ac makes it great in any weather. The water heater is a propane and electric water heater.

Included is one 43" tv in the living room and a 32" tv in the bedroom. Queen bed in the main bedroom with two twin size matresses in the bunk room. The main bathroom has a linen cabinet to hold all your towels. It has a large corner shower! It is a heated underbelly for camping in cold weather.

Everything on the camper works great with no problems. I had new tires E load rated tire put on in March 2021. We are selling because we sold our primary tow vehicle and looking to go to a motorhome. Everytime we take it out I wax the camper and the inside is detail cleaned.
