We have decided to sell because we are interested in upgrading to a larger RV. There has been no breakdowns or major repairs during our ownership. The chasis model is a Ford E450, which has 43,100 miles.  
There is plenty of interior and exterior cabinet space. This unit can sleep 8 persons and has one slide out in the kitchen area. It is wired for solar and comes with a built-in propane generator. There is a very comfortable queen size bed with two closets on each side.
