Bedroom and bathroom have been updated. 
Flooring has been updated. 
Main canopy was replaced about a year ago. 
Bedroom TV was replaced with 32” Roku Smart TV. 
Runs great. Fuel pump and lines were replaced about a year ago. 
New OEM catalytic converter installed and passed Smog no issues.
