Trailer was purchase August of 2021. After pad preperation it was placed in its current location, November of same year. It's been lightly used as second home for a little over two years.
This trailer is sold as a Park model or Deistination trailer. Lots of creature features for like home comfort. The first thing you will notice as you enter is how high the ceiling are, which really makes it feel larger than it is. With a large island with a kitchen sink and plenty of cabinet space!! It comes furnished with a couch that pulls out into a full size bed. Two matching recliners & a dinning table & chairs. The bed room has a queen size bed & a dresser. Bedroom rear wall has a build in closet with six large drawers.
There's also a space provided with a sliding door where a washer & dryer is located. Listed here is some but not all its amemities. Two roof top air coniditioners, gas central heating, electric & gas water heaters, LG 23 Cu.ft. French Door refrigerator, Insignia 3.7 Cu.ft. free- standing Gas range with oven. Built in over range is a LG microwave with stove exhaust fan. Included is 50 inch flat screen Tv in living area & a added 32inch. flat screen in bedroom. There's a 32 inch Led Electric fire place in living area. It has a built in AM,FM CD/DVD player. It has WiFi extender that can take any existing available net work and extend that internet access from that network to your own private WiFi network. This will allow you to stream tv, music & allow you to use smart devices as you probably do in your own home now. As you can see from the pictures theres a lot of windows & a sliding door. This is great for natural light & scenery but all window have valances & blackout blinds for your privacy. Outside there's a 17 ft. power awning and we,ve installed two power blinds operated by remote which helps shield direct sun light when needed from the main windows that can help maintain cooler tempertures inside. The bathroom has a RV porcelain toilet. The shower is elongated with small seat & silding glass doors. Single sink & cabinet with large medcine cabinet above. Most of the lighting is 12 volt which is maintain by battery & power converter when unit is not pluged in. There's a large water filter under sink & a built-in one on refrigerator. There's a panel inside to monitor how full your 60gal. fresh water is tank and 52gal black water tank. There is three gray water tanks. The Trailer comes with two 7gal. propane tanks.
