Well kept toy hauler. 13' garage. Maintenance work done by camping world last October including roof preventative maintenance done, awning pressure washed and treated, wear bars on main slideouts had deteriorated, and were replaced and reinforced with better materials. Triple slide out maintenance, axles checked. Queen mattress in bedroom is upgraded Brooklyn Bedding. Firm and comfortable. Generator only has 300 hours on it, regularly maintained. New furnace motor and bedroom thermostat replaced under warranty in March 2024. Extended warranty is transferrable and has two years left. Trailer has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for a new owner.
