This is a great camper for couples. My partner and I purchased brand new from the dealer in April 2023 (for 22k after all dealer fees and additions) and then traveled full-time in the camper for about eight months. It was comfortable enough for us to stay in this small space together and easy to tow with our Suburu Ascent. Some of the great things about this RV: power awning, full standing shower with bathtub, full vanity sink, queen bed with closets on either side, wired stereo for inside/out and more. For peace of mind we purchased the 84-month extended warranty (began 4/3/23) to cover any expensive RV appliance failure, etc for $2k. We stayed at campgrounds for extended periods so in total the trailer only has about 2500-3k miles of travel. We also added a TV mount and custom RV skirting. The skirt is from EZSnapDirect.com and cost $800. We cut the skirt to fit the trailer perfectly and constructed the pipe base for it to snap onto so it doesn’t flap with wind. The skirt easily comes on and off with snaps so it’s perfect to add a little warmth if you’re camping in the spring or fall or going to the mountains. We are happy for you to come tour the RV if you are in the area or I can send videos of whatever you’d like to see. Unfortunately we have to sell due to financial issues, otherwise we’d keep it for trips to the coast. Can be towed easily with an SUV, weight is about 3500 lbs. RV is paid off, I have the title. I’ve kept all papers, service records, records of additions to RV, manuals, info on extended warranty, etc. Additions:
