Description

One-owner 2022 Colorado Teardrops - Canyonland edition. This is our second Canyonland camper. We intended to rent it out, but after two renters (used three nights total) and moving cross-country, we aren't cut out for this side hustle. Our personal Canyonland camper is used at least monthly - we love it but have no need for two identical campers, so we're excited to find the next owners looking for a quality trailer to take their adventures to the next level.
Trailer has always been stored in a home garage, which is a huge benefit to avoid outside elements and storage yards. Shown tools included, since registered to TN. Condition is like new.
General:

Aluminum-framed construction (tough, durable, lightweight)

Triple-insulated walls/ceiling/floor (4-season comfort)

Sits on steel frame, capped and powder-coated to prevent corrosion

Trailer bottom sealed and protected by a powder-coated steel rock skid-plate

Electrical wiring package includes 3 interior galley LED lights, 4 interior cabin lights, 2 exterior LED lights, 4 USB/12V plugs, 2 12V auto plugs, 3-speed reversable fan, 4 110V ship-to-shore exterior power with 2 GFIs and exterior solar connection

All 12V plugs/lights/fan powered by a portable power station (Goal Zero, Jackery, etc.; not included); 110V plugs powered with on-shore connection

Exterior:

2" trailer hitch ball with trailer lights powered by 4-pin connection, plus electric brakes with 7-pin connection

Torsion axle suspension and 27" BFG KO2 all-terrain tires with locking lug nuts

11lbs propane tank and stainless steel side mount

Custom roofrack supports RTTs, awnings, etc.

2” trailer hitch receiver welded to rear frame for bike racks, etc

17" clearance
Interior:

Cabin:

Queen-size memory foam mattress (4"), converts to dining mode (bench seating with center table that stows in trailer floor)

2 locking insulated cabin doors with retractable window and screens

4 storage compartments underneath mattress and 2 shelves

Maple wood interior (also in galley)

Galley:

30” x 58″ stainless steel galley countertop (great look, easy cleanup, durable)

Galley door supported by 2 100 lb. pistons for easy and secure open/close

Diamond-plated aluminum galley bottom with a slide-out tray that fits a Yeti 45 cooler

Multiple shelving spaces

Unfortunately you can’t buy these new anymore, and the manufacturer's website is inactive, but this is the archived site with full specs: https://web.archive.org/web/20230519105640/https://coloradoteardrops.com/canyonland/
