This unit is in near new condition, and has been camped in roughly 20 nights. Less than 2000 miles on it, and everything is in working order. Complete with sewage hoses, power cables and surge protector as well as leveling blocks. The stabilizer and tongue jacks are electric as is the awning and single slide out. I will be including a Blue Ox anti sway hitch with the sale. There is an outdoor kitchen with stove, sink, and mini fridge which is 120V. The refridgerator inside runs off propane or electricity and the electrical hook up is a 50 amp. AC and heat work well, and there is a Television included. Multiple areas for storage are avaliable and the Camper is equipped with LED trailer lighting as well as outdoor lighting and bluetooth speakers for those evenings around the campfire. I will include 2 propane bottles, but they will need filled. Camper has dual 12V deep cycle batteries for camping when there is no electrical source available. There is a grey water tank at the front of the camper for the kitchen sink, and there is a second gray tank and black tank at the rear of the unit. The black tank has a flush system built in. Additionally, there is a fresh water tank that can be filled when water connections are not available. The camper is a 4 seasons model with an insulated undercarriage. When i purchased it new, it was coated with a protectant to help preserve the exterior. Reason for selling it is the lack of use. It has been stored outdoors.
