We're downsizing now that we've retired and it's just the two of us - the RV sleeps 6: Our grandchildren loved the double cabover bed, and the (slideout) dinette sleeps 2 more adults with still room to cook and eat. The queen bed is fixed, not slideout - which is nice when pulling in late at night. We've kept our RV immaculate - sheltered and carefully maintained so it's in like new condition. Extras we've added: underdinette storage, pantry shelving, double house batteries, a nice double bike rack, a rooftop Wifi antennae with router for great internet at RV parks and parking lots. We jsut replaced the chassis battery and added an auto disconnect switch so there's no more need to disconnect battery during storage. Solar ready, just add the panels. Also included: lots of small items: fabric cover for RV, indoor outdoor carpet, ladder for over cab bed, electrical/water system/sewer parts and connectors, etc. - and we can provide some training for first time RVers.
