The unit has been in fully COVERED / enclosed storage when not in use since new and is in fantastic condition. Last two years has never left the garage.

All systems work as or better than they should.

No tears, stains or rips in furnishings. No odors etc.

This has been a great unit for the two of us to travel and visit our kids all over the USA. The rear living area with dual recliners and TWO sofa beds provide ample room for extra visitors.

The kitchen is plenty large enough and has a full size pantry storage closet along with full residential size refer and solid surface counter tops.

The unit tows perfect and is very stable with the added anti-tip frame mounted cushions.

The added new larger tires stay cool even on Texas roads!
