This 30' 9" Newmar coach is great for couples. The size lets you find easy parking in State Parks, National Parks, Corp of Engineers and private RV parks.

Inside, the two reclining theater seats are just what you want to relax in after a day of driving or exploring. Cooking is easy with a 3-burner propane stove, a microwave, or the handy propane oven. The 2-door propane/electric Norcold refrigerator is spacious and efficient. Full dinette with table and storage under both bench seats adds to the storage in this coach. The dinette seats have just been recovered with custom made covers, as have the Driver's Captains Chair and the Passenger Chair.

The driver will appreciate the center dash-located Rand McNally GPS Navigation, along with the backup camera which also gives you a side view when the directional signals are used. Heated, adjustable side mirrors are a nice feature. Reading lights over each Captains chair and a pull-out desk for the passenger are handy features. An automated windshield shade gives total privacy at night. All other windows, including the door, have pleated pull-down shades.

The full wall slideout on the driver's side really opens up the interior. A bedroom slide on the opposite side gives plenty of room in the bedroom. Storage in the bedroom includes a full length wardrobe, a half size wardrobe, 6 pullout drawers, and an overhead cabinet above the bed. The bed is a residential size Queen bed (60x80) with storage underneath. The sliding pocket door separates the bedroom for when you want to nap or watch the bedroom TV.

Outside, the power awning retracts in windy conditions and gives plenty of shade on a sunny day. Power front and rear leveling jacks make setup easy. A 4K Onan generator gives power when you dry camp or in case of a power failure.
