Full body paint in excellent condition. Professionally serviced March 2024: New main awning and motor, new water pump. New rear reverse cycle AC 2023. New washer and dryer August 2022 (Stack unit). Dining table replaced with desk, but have table and chairs. Wired to panel for Onan genset , but none installed.Roadside sleeper replaced with entertainment center 2023. Curbside sleeper replaced with leather couch 2023.Everything on and in the unit in working condition. RV has been parked almost two years, but I believe it is road ready. Bottom of the tires on protective material, no signs of deterioration. I purchased this unit from a Maryland Dealer in July 2022 for approximately 55K.
