Never used 2022 Heartland Mallard M27. Camper was brought to my residence in May 2022 and due to a change in family dynamics the camper was never on road again. Has only been cleaned/maintained and TVs (Samsung Smart) installed. Upgraded door locks for keyless entry on both entries (2). Bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage on both sides of bed as well as under foot area. New wilderness RV mattress (Montana Hybrid RV King plush). A sliding door gives bedroom privacy.
There is 1 slide for sofa and dinette. Dinette has reversible cushions and storage under seats. Both convert to sleeping spaces. Along the back are 2 large swivel seats.
Kitchen is equipped with sink stove with top for extra countertop space and oven never used. A microwave sits above stove. There is an oversized fridge with uses battery, electric and/or propane.
Bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. Fresh water tank is 45 gallons and grey and black water tanks are each 40 gallons.
1 AC unit on roof with heater is located in main living space.
Large 17' awning operating by switches. 2 propane tanks with cover. Leveling stabalizers controlled by switches. King Kong storage area, with access from both sides. Fully fitted with backup camera.
The camper has always been kept under carport. Outfitted and ready to go all new.
