2008 Class C Fleetwood Tioga Ranger 29V, E-450. Really good condition and very well maintained. Runs and drives great.

• Onan 4KW generator. New fuel pump and filter 2 years ago. Oil changed frequently. Run every 2 weeks for about 30 minutes when RV was ran.
• 2-year-old, Jensen 20”, 12V LCD TV. Connects to Cable, OTA, and DVD player in dash. A little small but nice picture. Hook-ups ready for 12V TV in bedroom.
• Dometic refrigerator/freezer. Runs on LP gas or electric. Racks were powder-coated white 3 years ago. Looks and works great.
• Replaced awning fabric 4 years ago. Manual deployment. Works well.
• New 120V to 12V power converter 3 years ago.
• New Motorcraft batter 3 years ago. One deep-cycle house battery (room for two), about 5 years old.
• Atwood furnace. 12V, LP gas. Works great.
• Atwood water heater. 12V, LP gas. Works great.
• Atwood Wedgewood LP gas oven. Works great.
• Daewoo Electronics, 0.9 cu. ft. 120V Microwave oven. Works great.
• New CO2 sensor last year. Two newer smoke detectors and a First Alert fire extinguisher.
• RV Products roof top air conditioner. Works great.
• Aftermarket Hellwig front anti-sway stabilizing bar. w/ frontend alignment.
• 2 new roof vent covers and new bathroom fan.
• New Pioneer sound system w/ backup camera. 2 new Pioneer speakers in house. 2 new Polk 5X8 speakers in doors.
• New radiator hoses, fuel filter, and serpentine belt 2 years ago.
• New rear brake pads last year (rotors are good), new front brake pads and rotors 2 years ago.
• Oil changed yearly (K&N filter). Transmission fluid and both filters changed last year. Ball joints greased yearly.
• New Michelin tires about 4 years ago (have about 18,000 on them)
• New bathroom sink and toilet seal last year
• Stored covered 7 months of the year in gravel RV park.
• 3rd owner. We purchased it in 2011.

• No slide-outs.
• Small window in cab-over re-glazed because of small leak. Minor damage (can send pics).
• Gel coating wearing off, mostly on right side (see pics).
• Roof a little dirty but doesn’t leak.
