New propane sensor just installed - they are good for 6 years.

This is a really clean well maintained 5th wheel that has always been stored indoors (see pictures - we have an RV garage). Exterior gelcoat looks like new. The interior is equally clean and well maintained. The reason for the sale is we are upgrading to a new unit and this one (reluctantly) need to go.
Additional upgrade: Dual battery Perko switch.
Dual battery storage box (replaced the two single battery boxes).
Installed an aftermarket battery charging system for extended storage battery maintenance.
Installed HDMI cabling/boosters to all the TV’s throughout the rig (main living room, bedroom and outdoors in side storage compartment). We use Dish network but with the correct antenna/receiver combo you could use DirecTV or any other provider. I will include all the HDMI splitters, HDMI Transmitter/receivers, OTA adapter, power strips and even the TV we use outdoors. The easiest would be for the new owner to buy a Dish Wally receiver and a Tailgater pro satellite antenna plus an antenna tripod – that what we use - then it would be just plug and play.
