This is a very clean well maintained RV. It was stored in climate controlled storage for the first 7 years of ownership. This is the most pristine 2016 RV out there. All things work. Electric bunk pulls down in front and pull out couch with air sofa sleeper allows you to sleep 5. Has two TV's. Table pulls out to accommodate 4 with two additional chairs that can be stowed when you want more room. Air conditioning is newly replaced. Batteries, both house and coach, less than a year old. Upgraded front tires less than a year old. Nice unit for a couple who enjoys spaciousness. Must see to appreciate. Onan generator with only 36 hours. Exterior finish is still very nice.
