We have the title which is clear (no liens)
We only camped in it 1 summer, loved it, but decided before we get too cozy to go ahead and get a little bit larger one for our growing family.
Weight: about 3500 lbs dry weight. Pulled easily with a diesel truck and would pull fine with a v6 or v8 SUV.

Sleeps: 6 (1 queen bed, 1 table bed, and 2 single bunk beds •memory foam topper on queen bed and single bunks•)
Currently stored outside and is winterized. Comes with a cover.

The straps on the drawers can be removed, I added them for baby proofing.

Travel trailer was serviced and inspected by delightful days in Walton by previous owners shortly before we bought it in 2023.

The previous owners had also put new tires, AC unit, and thermostat in 2023. We replaced the awning April 2024.
