Upgrades and Maintenance
We have diligently maintained this camper and have made many upgrades that have made for better camping for us and now for you!

• New tires; have kept them covered when parked
• Annually grease the bearings. In 2022, they were pulled, inspected, repacked, and resealed
• Replaced the awning fabric
• Added a JT Strong Arm stabilizer kit
• Replaced the Propane cover
• Replaced the batteries, battery boxes, and added a shutoff
• Upgraded the ceiling exhaust fan and added a roof vent cover
• Upgraded mattresses
• Upgraded water pump and plumbed in extra shutoff valves for winterizing
• Replaced the bath skylight and the fridge vent cover
• Roof has been cleaned and resealed with Lap Sealant
• Replaced the seals inside the toilet
• Replaced both the gray and black tank gate valves
• Upgraded speakers in the dinette and out the outside
• Upgraded the AC/Furnace thermostat to a digital unit

The camper is in great overall condition. There are no soft spots in the floors or roof. No issues with the appliances, plumbing, or electrical. Add your gear and you are ready to camp!

From bumper to tongue, the camper is 27 feet long and the dry weight is 4930 lbs. It tows very well behind my F150. It gets in and out of smaller campsites easily and would make a great rental unit if you wanted to go that route with it.
