Very light and compact trailer. This has been a great camper that sleeps up to 8 and fits in driveway. Has normal wear and tear for this year. Has power tailgate jack that's new. Every works except the black tank sensor read full all the time. Ac works great and the fridge is both propane/ electric. Stabilizer stands and I have 2 spare tires. LED light strip add to awning. Awning is in excellent condition. A little cracking at bottom of awning supports where a attaches to the trailer. The front panel has a little bit of bubbling, but that's how I bought it as well five years ago and it's still the same as then. Comes with a cover. I added a 4 inch steel bumper to the back with trailer hook for a bike rack. Has microwave stove top and oven that all are in great condition. 29 gal fresh water, 23 gal black tank and 31 gal grey tank. 10' awning.
