Booth dinette with 2 folding chairs, and also includes the 2nd dinette bench. Side by side propane/electric refrigerator., convection microwave, upgraded flat-screen TV , front and rear AC with heat strips, newer 2000W inverter, house and chassis batteries are Group 31 AGM for maintence free convenience.
Includes Air Force 1 air braking system for towed vehicle is included. Front tires 2018, rear 2010, all in great condition but should be replaced due to age. Will help coordinate replacement as part of the pickup process.
We've owned and stored indoors since 2007. Its been a great rig, but we decided to dowsize to a class B+.
