SALE PENDING This Park Model Trailer was purchased in the fall of 2016 and placed on site near Channing MI in 2017 and never moved. Rarely used, only slept in a few nights per summer. Condition is "Like New". There is one blemish which was there when we purchased the unit new, namely some scratches on the fridge door from shipping, check photos. It has many extra features. A washer and Dryer were added and not on the invoice. Please look at the photo of the original invoice for extra options. Fiberglass exterior. Included is the porch and steps, blocking for foundation and sewer hook up. We have the folding steps for the front sliding glass door but removed them temporarily to accomodate the porch and steps. There are four bolts if you want to reinstall the folding steps. We enjoyed it as did our Grand Kids but as they got older became more committed to sports and school activities and used the trailer less consequently we are selling. The trailer is located near Channing MI.
