We love this camper and are only selling it because we upgraded to an RV so we can pull another trailer. Everything works as it should. Tires 85% and original. We took the mattress from the rear bedroom for our new RV and could replace it with a new one for you. The dinette does fold down and can be used as another bed. Tons of storage, battery is good, LP tanks are good.
