The trailer has had little use (4 times in the past 6 years) and its

condition belies its age. We have not used it since 2016 when we bought a

new Lance trailer, but we kept it for the kids to use. It is fully loaded

(see Rockwood specs). It has all new tires and is in some ways better than

a new one because of all the additions I've made to it : a bike rack for

two bikes; a holder and wiring for a second battery (not included);

improvements to the waste-water outlets; an 800 W inverter for hooking up

120V items ( USB transformers); a recirc pump for the hot water (saves

water when you don't have hook-ups); LED lights all round; a slide-out

drawer in the storage cupboard and a battery voltage monitor.

It weighs 3100 lbs and can be towed by many cars and SUVs but besides a

hitch with a 2" ball you'll also need a 7-pin connector and a brake

controller for the electric brakes. These are required by law and many

prospective camper buyers don't realize this. It's best if your vehicle has

a "factory tow package" as this includes the 7-pin and a connector for the

brake controller.
