• Exterior Awning
• Water heater
• Roof A/C
• Flooring (all new plank vinyl )
• Carpet in front cab(driver/passenger area)
• Paint inside
• New Leather Couch New EasyBoy recliner
• New inside lighting-change out all bulbs to daylight
• New Smart TV 25 inch
• Catalytic converter
• New Tires -All 6 less than 500 miles on them
• New engine (it has 4500 miles on it)
• Brakes are like new less than 4500 miles
• Transmission serviced @33,600 miles
• New roof -coating 4 years ago
• The RV has been stored in covered storage since I owned it [North Harbor Boat & RV Storage 6699 McEver Rd Buford , Ga
• New power inverter -6 month ago.
• New digital stereo system with backup camera/Blue tooth. Cost over $1000 dollars.
• New remote control exterior cab door locks system.

RV has trailer hitch for towing dolly or flat towing- I have Blue OX flat tow bar ( included)

Generator has 660 hours and runs good- {however, two weeks ago the starter just spinned) new starter needed if you plan to dry camp.

The RV is in ready to go shape and needs nothing except the starter/solenoid fixed on generator.
