Dually back axel, excellent gas milage averaging 14-17 MPG. No codes, no fluid leaks, clean motor. Clean title.

Immaculate condition, definitely considered an easier motorhome to drive. 2 newer deep cycle golf cart, 6 volt batteries in the coach, chassis battery just 18 months old too. Layout is great! Sleeps 6: fold out couch, bunk above cockpit and dinette table turns into a bed also. Very spacious and comfortable.

Fully self-contained with both ele. hot water heater and gas, 3 way Nordic gas fridge that automatically changes to ele when plugged into shore power. Three burner gas stove, convection oven/microwave too. Nice closet in bathroom, pantry has slide out rack, significant storage in bottom compartments.

New water pump, slide motor, and steps motor installed. Upgraded fixtures, LED lights for great savings of battery power. Onan built in generator has 280 hours on it. Seats swivel for added seating. We had the transmission serviced 6,000 miles ago in Canada. Oil was changed 4,000 miles ago. Michelin tires.

We bought it a 14 months ago with the intention of living in it full time for just the year and we did just that! We took her from WA through Canada, down to Arizona, and back up the coast. Drove flawlessly, never left us stranded or in need. Such a great great machine.
