This cleaned up and cleared out RV would be the perfect home office. Park it anywhere and you instantly have a quiet oasis! Or, the perfect guest room!

The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with a slide-out closet. Downstairs living room has two slide-outs. Very spacious. I've ripped out the dinette and couch - both of which were old and covered in fabric so now it is clean and completely open and ready for real furniture. We do have the original banquette if you want to take it.

The floor has been replaced with a nice wood laminate. There was no water damage but it was soft. Now it is firm and looks good too.

Furnace was recently refurbished and hot water system serviced. Everything works: AC, oven, range, furnace, toilet (also replaced recently), shower (with nice new fixtures), outside shower (also new). Slide outs all work.

There's a brand new, nice awning too. It's a great unit for living in. We've been using it for renters and it is all setup to connect to septic system.

It is currently on our property in a field. I will haul it out of its current location and onto the street and you'd have to take it from there.
