Purchased new in Sept 2023 and used for 2 months. Covered during storage, cover included. This trailer is in perfect shape, like-new condition, and well taken care of. Winterized. Everything works, no issues. Moving to Northeast for work and need to sell.

Theatre style reclining lounge seats, dining room table that converts to bed, and RV King sofa with new mattress purchased separately (original was not worthy of the unit). Modern interior styling and excellent storage with fairly large bathroom at back of unit and comfortable shower with curved door. I do have a brand new generator for remote camping as well. Outside grill and refrigerator are fantastic if you like grilling and cooking outside. Electric awning and great lighting.

Has backup camera system, tire pressure monitors, and the load balancing hitch system (can't remember what it's called but it was pricey).
