Trailer sat on permanent lot since I bought it. We sold the lot so now sitting on my property. Very clean inside and very nice for a family. Bunk room can be closed off for kids room. Kitchen is very nice with full fridge, oven, range, microwave. We don't have any problems with it, we just can not pull it with our vehicles and do not have a spot at the lake any more
