This is a 4X4 American Coach 170 EXT MD2 Patriot. Our coach has always been kept under cover and plugged in. We replaced the original tires with much better Michelin Cross Climates end of season last season. Newly serviced and EGR just cleaned. FOX 2.0 rear shocks and tinted front side windows. Allot of the Chassis that came out during this period are less equipped because of shortages and many of these are (STD) this is not one of those, this is a fully equipped with the wide screen with Carplay, Adaptive Cruise, and full function steering wheel. Freedom Lithium Package 600HR with 400W of Solar Panels, This coach will get you anywhere in California with their rules re: Generators because there isn't one. The inverter works all of the outlets. Wireless internet router and Apple TV built in. The" Whale" electric water heater is amazing, and the NovaCool 7.3 cu. ft. 12V fridge works perfect. Power Awning is in perfect condition and can send video of its function. We run the Diesel Heater every 30 days and was cleaned a year ago. Additional supports under coach on Batteries and plumbing pipes to support on rough roads. It has "NEVER" been offroad. Heated Tanks and built in Macerator Pump-out for Black and Gray tanks, such a relief to use. It has a built in electronic (Mouse Blocker) under hood that works! Plug-in shown in picture. Gas Struts on hood in leu of prop rod. Has the Maybach Style upholstery instead of the diamond stitch you always see, we feel it's much more comfortable. The only exterior flaw is on the left rear lower bumper (shown in picture) 32g Fresh, 27g Gray, 15g black, convection microwave, Real Porcelin Toilet. I moved the fold up mini table that sits behind the drivers seat to the end of the main counter so it gives you additional counter space. This coach has given us "0" issues and drives better than anything I've ever owned. We take very good care of our things and will show you how to use it.
