I'm the second owner of this beauty. Clean title in hand. This is a 31MB Super-Lite coming in at 37.16 ft. Upgrades include a newly installed, January/2023, tankless water heater and new fridge that is a replica of the original and new tinted skylights. The bunk room and master bedroom were modified to be functional for us with a small child and have airflow as we have longer winters here in Montana. Would be perfect for a small family with little ones! We do have a custom full wrap black vinyl skirting that goes with it if you plan to spend any winters in the cold. Everything works very well, super warm in winter time. Nice and cool in the summer. A/C works great. No issues at all.
