This travel trailer has been well take care of. I have hauled it to the beach 5 or 6 times and it travels great. Ive loved the camper but its time to sell since the kids are all grown.

• all appliances work
• added an electric hot rod to the water heater to save gas
• heater is gas powered
• cool is from ceiling AC unit and it works really well
• kept covered in the winter and when not in use (cover included in price)
• roof has been well maintained and cleaned, conditioned at least once every 6 months.
• No leaks
