I purchased new and have barely used over the last 6 years, but I have worked out all the kinks of a new RV (if you ever bought new, you know what I mean).

Length is 35.7', engine is 320 HP Ford 6.8" V10 Triton on a Ford F53 chassis. Generator is Onan RVQG 5500.

When I purchased new from Craig Smith RV in Galion, OH - I also purchased the best "platinum" 7-year bumper to bumper warranty they had to offer. Should cover everything on the chassis, drivetrain, and house. It still has over 1 year left on this warranty and it is fully transferrable. This a FULL 1 YEAR BUMPER to BUMPER warranty!

We only used 2 times last summer and once so far this summer. Everything is in fantastic shape, all very well cared for and well maintained. Only 6900 miles on RV, Oil has been changed 4 times just because I did it annually. Has always been winterized by RCD in Sunbury. Generator has also been well maintained with annual maintenances and oil changes.

RV has been mostly stored indoor storage over the winter (for the first years - last year it was stored outside with a full RV cover that I purchased). I will include all the accessories and additional camping items I purchased.
