Everything is in good shape, and well maintained, I have all manuals/paper work for everything to do with camper, we no longer use it, we have bought a cabin and land, most everything needed for camping will be included, hitch and tension/sway bar, dishes, cookware ect. also a hand full of "dog bone" electric connections.
