2013 Greyhawk 31DS. We are Non Smokers. This layout is a great looking open concept for everyone. It is equipted with a flat screen TV. The Over the Cab bunk is a Queen for sleeping or storage along with a privacy curtain. If all beds are used it can sleep up to eight. The Kitchen is an L-shape which features: Double Sink, 3 burner Propane Stove/Oven, brand new microwave, Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer, side sink Table. Generous Cabinet Space and Pantry, Drawers for necessities. The Bathroom has a Door in the Hallway and a Pocketdoor from the Master Bedroom. The Bathroom has a Corner Radius Shower that has room for a person 6'4", roomy toilet area, with a Vanity and Sink. There are 2 Linen Closets and 2 Draweres with plenty of space to spare. The Master has a walk around Queen bed, with Ample Space above the Bed for Storage. There are 2 closets in the Master with 2 more drawers when the closet is extended out. There is a second TV in the Master mounted to the wall. There is a 16 foot Power Awning, to fully enjoy the outdoors. Outside speakers are there for you to enjoy your music while relaxing.
Power Jacks make setting up a breeze in a few minutes. Also a huge Storage compartment in the rear that has three doors to access anything you placed there. several compartments are on both sides of the coach for other things like the Propane, Onan Generator, Etc. This Motorhome has been maintained and is very dependable.
