This unit has always been stored inside and is in excellent condition, new tires with only 4000 miles, awning fabric is new, decals are all like new. Very nice floor plan with huge bathroom with storage, wardrobe slide in bedroom with lots of storage, L kitchen with pantry and good countertop space, leveling jacks, tons of outside storage and only 22,500 miles. Runs great and handles. Rey well. Jayco has the molded front cap so no leaks. It would be hard to find one as nice for the year.
