- The unit looks like new inside, see pictures. Never any pets, nor shoes inside. Nor smoked in. However, it needs a coolant unit for refrigerator and water heater. Original owner for 17 years since new. It looks rough outside due to sun exposure. Slide out rams have corrosion due to not being used for several years. This is a bit of a fixer upper, however new price would probably have been $170K now. I paid $103K back in 2007. The Tetons were the best, and will never be duplicated.
