I have owned it for 12 years , I has always been properly maintained and is excellent physical and mechanical condition.

I am selling it because of my age (80) and the fact that my wife died. I will no longer be using it.

It has 2 slide outs. The interior has been redone, wood vinyl flooring, wood countertops , new sink. Upgrade toilet.
