A 2001 fleetwood park model, 40ft, rear bed room, this camper was set up at green street camp ground as a second home, the floors are solid, needs a good clean up, but will need some carpentry work on the front wall , and over head ceiling, and back wall in the corner at the rear bed side near the slide , needs the roof sealed, theses are great live in campers, it has been set up but the tires are old will need a new set, front porches and awnings dont come with it, has washer and dryer hook up , you will get a title for it, camper will be sold closed up because the slides run in with a crank and are hard to get in and out it takes a few people to do it, again this is no prestine unit it needs some tlc, but all the bones are good and will make someone a good camper to live in , 39 ft in length residential appliances call Chris with questions or to buy it now 336-428-7643
