Well-maintained 2018 Flagstaff HW27KS High Wall Popup camper is perfect for a family wanting to do some “real” camping while still having all the amenities of a travel trailer. High wall popup has full height counters and very tall ceilings. Comes equipped with a 26 gallon fresh water tank, 12 gallon grey tank and 12 gallon black tank, as well as a real bathroom (not a cassette toilet) with solid walls. Front bunk is king sized, rear bunk is queen sized. Slide-out dinette has seating for 5 or 6 and can be converted into additional sleeping space. Has furnace, air conditioner, water heater, and plug-in mattress heaters for each bed. Includes bunk lights for each bed and a combination fan and light for the dinette. Inside kitchen includes an oven and 3-burner stove. Sink has a double bowl and a spigot that swivels. Outside is a slide out kitchen (single bowl sink and 2-burner stove) and grill. This camper has many customized upgrades and extras, including:

• Bunk steps rebuilt to make them extra sturdy and provide additional storage.
• Removable / collapsible hanging pantry above the sink.
• Hanging shelf near front bunk
• Reflective sheeting under the mattresses to keep in heat on those chilly nights.
• Bike carrier.
• Storage tray over the tongue, used for hauling a portable generator, but can also be used for hauling games or scooters.

Tires were replaced in 2021. Lift system was serviced in 2021 and recently lubricated. Several bearings on the slide out have been replaced.

Can be pulled using any vehicle with a 5,000 LB towing capacity. Originally towed with a Toyota Highlander. Uses 7-pin connector and trailer includes brakes. Sway bars and weight distribution hitch are NOT required.
